McCallan Castles has taken a winding route through college football and the NFL. After beginning at California, developing into an All-Big Sky performer at UC Davis, and finishing his college career at Tennessee, he entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2024. Across 46 college games, he recorded 92 receptions for 1,226 yards and 14 touchdowns.
Castles originally joined Green Bay's practice squad in November 2025 and later returned to the Packers in August 2026 after the team signed him during training camp. At 6-foot-4 and 244 pounds, he brings a sizeable target and experience from multiple offensive systems to the tight end room.
